"The hotel is conveniently located near Linate Airport. The shuttle is very practical. Family room is nice and offers everything we needed for a family of four. The food at the restaurant is expensive for what it is (just average). Without a car it is the only option for dinner. However the breakfast is lovely and prices fairly 12 Euros per person (children are free)."

Airport shuttle had to be reserved there is no schedule and you have to pay a fee. My room key worked every other day no matter where I stored it. My friend had a separate room and the same thing happened with her key. Most of the staff were friendly, except for two older guys at the bar, they were rude.
