"This was exactly what I needed, clean, quiet, and free parking and didn’t break the bank. Plenty of restaurants nearby and also a Target. Staff were very nice. Unfortunately the pool opens late (10:00am) for those of us who like to get up early for a swim before everyone else and still have time to shower/check out by 11:00. Definitely recommend. "

"For this trip, I branched out of my comfort hotel company to try something new. The Pros; The staff was very welcoming and professional. The room was very clean, with crisp, white bedding and well organized with in-room coffee and ice. The marketplace was easy to maneuver and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. The cons (mainly room specific): When showering in the late afternoon/early evening, the shower temperature did not get higher than just above luke warm. I am some who likes piping hot showers. So, this was a downside for me. The silicone stripping on the shower door was slacking off in some areas and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain overnight (after it filled to 1/3 full while I was brushing my teeth). The room itself stayed at about 75 degrees, during my entire stay, despite lowering the thermostat to 65 with the cooling fan on. The bed and pillows were a little to firm for my taste but great if you like super firm beds and thick memory foam pillows. Outside of the room, only one out of three elevators were in operation. Overall: Though I did have a wonderfully clean room, plant based smell good shower essentials, fantastic front desk/wait staff and eventually a nights sleep, I will probably stick with my usual hotel chain. "

"The room was clean, but the PHONE, didn’t work, the IRON didn’t work, and the BLOWDRYER didn’t work. The SHOWER and the BED were great!"

"I never been bothered by housekeeping so much at a hotel before… Not only did they try to enter the room the day after I checked in without saying it was housekeeping with a quiet knock while I was taking a nap from a long travel day the nite before then today twice they kept trying to enter the room. First time around 8:30am( checkout is not until noon) then I tell them to not bother us and even with the do not disturb on they again tried to come in the room again without saying it was housekeeping about 10am!!! I would never come back here for just that issue alone.!! Train your staff to understand that.. the only good part of the stay was the nice lady in the restaurant who was kind enough to give me to go containers for my breakfast ( which was yummy too!) both days. She smiled and made sure I had everything I needed. She was awesome!!"

"The customer service here cannot be beat, but the actual facilities are in need of dire repairs. My room was not clean, it was dusty, a cleaning rag was left in it, and there was just a lack of cleaning. The shower and bed were clean, so I did not make a fuss because I was exhausted, but this room was not worth the fees they charge. The hotel is in need of dire upgrades. It looks like they've updated the main facilities, but the guest rooms are in dire need of upgrades and repairs. "
