"This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. "Easy to find. Very cute rustic decor and clean room. The bed is the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in! Although there is no staff (except when e we checked in), they were always responsive via WhatsApp. Access to “the Wall” is right in front of the hotel. It’s beautiful to walk, run or bike there."

There was a communal kitchen free to use which had coffee machine and hot water for making a tea and there was a fridge in there. "The most helpful and kid host and staff. Giovanna went above and beyond communicating and making great suggestions for my stay. The location is excellent, very near the station if you plan to use this as your base station to visit Cinque Terre and surroundings. Restaurants, souvenir stores, pharmacy and supermarkets are very near, within 5-6 minutes from the apartment. Even though the place itself is a bit outdated, the bed and pillows were so comfortable.
