"We liked the whole set up of the studio. It had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious and had a very functional kitchenette with all the necessities. It was odd to not have a person present to assist with checking in, however, the instructions in emails prior to our arrival as well as on site, were very clear. "An amazing location. Key was located in the keybox, private parking. The appartement was absolutely perfect, full kitchen equipment. Very close to Germany as we ended up going there more than originally expected (Eibsee, Garmisch-P, Mittenwald, etc.)"

"Right in the heart of town - excellent location. Lots of windows, very spacious."

"The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight our boys"

The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel. We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...
