"Great Customer Service.
Christopher was nice and knowledgeable.
He also was multitasking.
Rooms were Spacious and Clean.
What I didn't like, the wait. Waited over an Hour for The Rooms With The Reservation that was paid in full."

"Just an average experience this time for me at this facility. I have stayed there at least 4 prior visits. Room cleanliness was average. Saw one roach unfortunately. Hallways could use a makeover. Entry area is nice. Staff was more engaged on my prior visits."

"The mattresses should have been replaced a long time ago.We had several families staying there and they all said the same thing. Also to have to pay $5.00 for the same breakfast that I get at any other hotel for free is ridiculous. The elevator needed service which I had to tell the staff to do something about because it was making so much noise that we didn’t feel comfortable riding in it. I will not be staying at a Holiday Inn again if this is how your hotels are maintained"

"I liked nothing about this property. It is need of updating, dark and dank, and uninviting in virtually every way imaginable. The lights in the first room I was given did not work. I notified the front desk but she seemed skeptical and implied that I must have been mistaken or might not know know how to flip the light switch. The customer is never wrong except when it comes to turning on a light switch.
The second room was worse than the first. The bed and shower were set up for handicapped...

"location to was good. The toilets are really low and the bathtubs are high in all the rooms. Elderly and people with leg problems may find this a problem especially when the hotel is full as it was during my visit. Breakfast was okay but it was the same every day we were there for 5 days. Carpet was ripped in room and wall plaque loose and not working"
