"It’s not up to par with all the other Home2suites. Dirty carpet in room, also a dirty rag left by our sink. Weird. Won’t stay here again. Breakfast was awful."

"Pictures online are not accurate and area is not safe. Check in desk isn’t even at Red Lion, it’s at the Radisson. The building is very old, the rooms are outdated and the AC was not working on multiple floors. Requested a new room and was moved onto the same floor with same AC issues. Ended up not staying and going to South End Holiday Inn & Suites instead."

"The lobby is being remodeled so there is no access to it; the picture on the website should be removed or this should be noted. However, check in was quick/efficient. Parking was adequate. The entrance to the halls smells heavily of smoke, etc. Thankfully the room did not smell of smoke. The TV was unavailable through the rain. Bedding, towels, toiletries were adequate. The shower provided only extremely hot water making it unusable. The AC worked properly."

"When we arrived we parked in front of the entrance to check-in and to unload luggage . A shuttle driver appeared behind our car blasting his horn. I asked him what was the problem ; he just blasted his van horn and drove away. The receptionist said “Move your car”. I replied we were checking in . "Nice stay, Great staff. Litter in the lot early this morning from some guest. Inside the hotel was very clean, the immediate surrounding area was clean. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!"

"Staff was the ONLY good think about this place. Room smelled like cigarettes, bathroom didn't look clean. There was no ice machine or coffee machines and the lobby smelled like piss."

The way to the airport was fine, but upon our return, we called the number provided to let them know our flight had been delayed (call at 9:06PM) and to make sure we’d still be okay for the shuttle.
