"Our room was disgusting. The bathtub was permanently dirty. The room had peeling wallpaper and obviously repaired sections. We had planned to utilize the sleeper sofa bed. Upon opening it, there was evidence of bugs, lots of them. The desk chair was peeling faux leather.
The hallways were dirty. The hotel needs a complete overhaul.
We immediately went down stairs and requested a refund. The front desk was not surprised with our request. They refunded us. We moved to another...

"I would NOT recommend this place for a stay. It was a stay to play for our team and everyone had a terrible experience. None of the food service listed on the website was available. No breakfast, no dinner, no bar, no snacks/drinks. The pool was closed. My room had black mold on the shower curtain and the safety latch for the door was broken. One of our families helped with a medical emergency and the phone didn’t work so they couldn’t call the desk or 911. The hot water was off and on. There...
