Not the cleanest hotel. There was an ant under my pillow in the first room we tried. The second room had massive water damage 😬 But it was a convenient location and worked for us while we had our work trip in Gatlinburg

The location was the best selling point. The continental breakfast was good Steve was helpful when asked.

Not enough parking, only 1 person working and waited 30 minutes for someone to check us in, room was ok but there were ceiling tiles in bathroom with water damage

It was not the cleanest, stains and small holes on the curtains, the bedding was not clean, hairs and debris on the sheets, our room was out of handsoap as well. Very small, and if you get a room facing the street it is very loud. It was a convenient location to be able to walk easily to places.

Breakfast was the only thing good at this hotel. We had to be moved due to a improperly clean bathroom, The new room had water from the shower running in the floor, leaking faucet in sink, and a heavy mustie smell.

Room was clean, the bathroom had issues. The shower curtain didn't give proper coverage so the whole bathroom floor stayed soaked. Our door for the bathroom was coming off the hing. It wouldn't close for private. Bed were ok not super comfortable. The location is the best part. Breakfast was ok, but super crowded so you couldn't make waffles.

✅️Good - The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT! ✅️Good - Great location for the price. ❌️Bad - There was always trash outside the trash cans in the outdoor corridors. ❌️Bad - No curtain or shower door; consequently, water all over the floor.

Over all it was an okay stay, our room didn’t have hand soap and none of the bottles in the shower were full, we also had to throw away a used shaving razor that was in the shower which had no shower curtain, it felt like it wasn’t properly cleaned and it only felt like that changed the sheets and that was it

When we checked in the air didn’t work they did move us rooms however the TV didn’t work had to keep asking for 2 days before we got someone to finally fix it they wasn’t very friendly and the breakfast was awful the biscuits was hard as a rock and never kept anything hot and fresh. You can tell it’s a cheap hotel you get what you pay for will never return again. They do not wait until you get to the hotel to charge like it says online they charge you ahead of time which is fine just like to know they do that because I had already asked about switching Credit Cards and they told me wasn’t going to be a problem but when I got there I was already charged and they had to call a manager to ask about it which was fine if your looking for a cheap out of date hotel this one is perfect don’t expect much though

The whole facility is great amazing breakfast and very helpful team. Special points to the manager. She is very helpful helping every time and there for us she definitely deserves a rise
