"I made the reservation so they required my ID and credit card rather than accepting my husbands sending me back out to the car to retrieve. The staff was not overly friendly, but not rude. Room was clean and the bed comfortable with plenty of hot water. Air conditioner was loud, but helped to muffle the road noise as rooms open to outside and right on a main road. Deck had comfortable chairs overlooking the river. Breakfast was typical, dining area is small. Parking was tight. Gatlinburg traffic...

"Just an average $100/night hotel, nothing specific that really stands out. There was an outlet that the hair dryer was plugged into that was partially hanging out of the wall that seems to be a fire/shock risk, so we didn’t even use that electrical outlet. The beds were pretty stiff, too, so not very comfortable. I would consider staying somewhere else next time. "
