"This was our 1st time visiting the area and we loved our stay here! It is brand new or recently reopened but is completely remodeled and beautiful! The lobby isn’t set up yet so we had at call to check in, and even with a late arrival, the service was very quick and accommodating! Close enough to walk to attractions without staying in the middle! Will definitely stay again and highly recommend! "

"I made the reservation so they required my ID and credit card rather than accepting my husbands sending me back out to the car to retrieve. The staff was not overly friendly, but not rude. Room was clean and the bed comfortable with plenty of hot water. Air conditioner was loud, but helped to muffle the road noise as rooms open to outside and right on a main road. Deck had comfortable chairs overlooking the river. Breakfast was typical, dining area is small. Parking was tight. Gatlinburg traffic...

There was an outlet that the hair dryer was plugged into that was partially hanging out of the wall that seems to be a fire/shock risk, so we didn’t even use that electrical outlet. "I booked this room on the fly, and am glad I did!! Pulling in it might look rough on the outside, but it's worth it. The room was huge, very clean, and very pretty. The best part is the balcony. It's got a creek/river view and stays shaded all day. You can sit there, relax, listen to the water....its wonderful. We never saw the staff, but our rooms stayed clean daily.
