"Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a double bed room with small fridge and microwave which overlooked the creek. Our location was convenient to several walking points in Gaitlinburg (less than 10 min walk to Anakeesta) and a quick drive into Pigeon Forge.
Staff was not overly friendly at check in or during breakfast service. I had to ask questions about where and when breakfast was, also with where we could park, etc - nothing was explained without asking. Office and breakfast staff didn’t smile or say hello any of the days we were there. The cleaning staff however were friendly as we passed them.
Overall we had a nice stay and would consider returning if we are in the area."
