Also, that morning the woman at the desk brought us plates to use for salt & pepper for hard-boiled eggs at breakfast, which was not a normal part of the set-up so that was a really nice touch. Overall, the place was spotless."

"Two extremes…. Great staff on reception, TERRIBLE hotel. Dirty room, dirty bathroom, broken toilet, filthy dirty carpets, drug use on hotel corners. Shame - reception staff are really, really kind."
