"The breakfast I chose was not what I was expecting, but they have plenty of options. The staff are all friendly and helpful."

"I was told they would have breakfast food. And they did not."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Fresh breakfast kept stocked which was nice. Clean room and facilities. Totally worth the stay"

"the staff was amazing"

"There were issues with the shower and sink which were not addressed properly even after reminders."

"This property is not maintained well. We were given room with odor which we did not recognize initially then we found urine smell near couch area. Once reported new room was given. On first place how they can assign room like that and manager of property did not take any responsibility and no apology, while staff understand the concern."

"Was nice stay. Will stay again."

"We absolutely loved this hotel because of the wonderful upkeep, beautifully clean rooms, and welcoming staff!! This hotel and the friendliness of its staff made you feel like you were being welcomed back home to your own neighborhood! We traveled with young kids, and everyone was very kind and patient with "noise" kids can make! I absolutely plan on making a stop here again when we travel that way!!! 10/10"

"I wish they offered a continental breakfast."

"Good location for Beale street and the river walk to Bass Pro pyramid. Hard floors meant noise from rooms above and the bathroom was ready for a refurb. Staff were helpful and valet parking was easy and reasonable value."

"Very clean and mattress was good."

"Th Peabody is a fabulous grand hotel. I could spend hours in the lobby enjoying the piano, which is always playing in the background, and having wonderful conversations with other guests. The lobby is a gorgeous venue reminiscent of the grandeur of the Old South. I recall hearing several people from the Mississippi delta insisting that if heaven wasn’t like a Saturday evening at the Peabody they didn’t want to go! I try to spend an evening at the Peabody whenever I am in Memphis."
