"A beautiful hotel and so convenient for the airport."

"Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber. The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable. "We stayed for 4 days and generally enjoyed it. The location is great, easy to get to and travel from, and the staff are very responsive. There’s a lot to do activities-wise during the day, but all activities finish about 1am latest, although that may change in summer. The food was fine- not incredible but more than fine for just four days, there was enough variety. Overall, a very enjoyable experience "

"The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

"Secrets Lanzarote is a lovely hotel, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of sun beds and places to sit in the sun. Lovely food - even the buffet option. Drinks are 10/10 even the alcohol free ones. Evening entertainment is very good. Coffee shop is wonderful with many options. Italian and the grill are our favourite a la carte options. "Great breakfast, clean room. Staff friendly. Indoor pool a bit tired and only open 2-6pm. The massage jets did not work and the jacuzzi was cold. Need to pay extra and organise in advance for steam room and sauna. Ideal location."
