Apartments in Geauga County

"Enjoyed our stay, right downtown and accessible to everything."

"Brand new, well furnished apartment; very comfortable bedroom, living area and kitchen. New, new, brand new. Great value."

"The check-in is a bit tedious but necessary. The unit was spotless and well appointed. it is very convenient to Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, and Little Italy. There is a great dive bar across the street and the Murray Hill Market is a few blocks down Murray Hill Rd. Needless to say there are a lot Italian Restaurants within a short walk. One other thing, it is a very quiet neighborhood, which I was not expecting."

"The house was tucked away in a little nook that made this business trip almost a vacation. Backed up to mature trees in a wooded lot. Each day the deer just grazed the yard like we weren’t even there. "

"There are no windows. The site clearly deals with water damage so I would steer clear of any wet weekends. The owner David, was extremely kind and accommodating. Great for a rest your head location that’s not a hotel. Rough in all areas one would imagine for a basement with no windows that occasionally receives water damage."

"Great location and communication."

"The place was great, very spacious. Very homey and also very comfortable. The location was excellent. This is definitely going to be a place that I would love to book again."

"Lovely stay - comfortable studio, communicative host, great location, and easy parking. "

"Rebecca was an amazing hostess! She was a fantastic communicator! The place was adorable! We had everything we needed and more. She even had some sweet toys awaiting my 5 year old. Would 10/10 stay here again!"

"Spacious, clean, renovated old home with plenty of parking. Close to many things we wanted to see (less than 10 minute drive to Little Italy which has tons of excellent italian restaurants and bakeries!)."
