"The room was very dirty and run down no soap or anything. The refrigerator did not work and the carpet in the room was very dirty and stained. We will never stay there again. The office on Sunday morning was not open at six o'clock could not even get a cup of coffee. Will never stay there again. Only had one lamp that worked and the fan in the bathroom did not work at all. They only had one plug in and was not even chargering our phones."

"First of all booked 3 rooms. I told them rooms had to be on first floor because of health reasons, guess what, they were not. they were on second floor, no elevator. Then after climbing the stairs, keys did not work. Later that evening tried to go to bed after a long day, only to find out that the tenants below us on lst floor, were having a party in the parking lot and outside their rooms, beer bottles, rattling, cooking on tailgate and blarring music ALL night. Now I am all for people...
