Hotel not good

This was the hotel l ,the shower never had hot water, the wifi never worked properly the breakfast was terrible and service was slow the only place that was helpful was on the reception desk but never had the use of the pool and the hotel under construction , also had trouble getting into the room with the key they provided, would never book this place again, not happy

The staff are amazing. Friendly and very accommodating. The room was very good. But the cleanliness of the grounds at the resort is terrible. Garbage everywhere towards the beach. But that seems to be the Filipino way. Was there for summer festival and that was a great event.

I like the ambiance in the beach at night. I like it more secure than the other. I want more lights in the parking area. Clean your ventilations in the washrooms. Bleach your tiles in the washrooms. Change your Tv into bigger screen. Thank you very much we had a nice stay there with my family and relatives.

Bad experience

Never know that theres an entrance fee when you get inside. I did not avail there swimming pool because theres an entrance fee. I was dissapointed to swim on the seashore because it is close to the pier dock and theres a ferry boat

Good wifi when working

one room had the toilet way too close to the glass shower wall, make sure you check the room first. the room electricity is turned off when you remove your room key, if you need to refrigerate something you are out of luck, good wifi when working.

Great family resort in Gensan

Coming from a Davao Samal Island resort, London Beach Resort was a great surprise for us. It was 100 times better! We stayed in the newer rooms so the room amenities, acoustics and A/C were perfect. Things to improve on would be the mattress as it was on the firm side (pillowtop mattress would be nicer), hand towel rails in the bathroom and a bigger mirror in the room for putting on makeup, etc. The rooms were situated on the back of the property so it was quiet and far from the beach crowd. I did not get to try the spa as the massage therapist was off on our last day there. That was disappointing. An advance notice would be good or another therapist should have been available. Overall, it was a great property with responsive staff and I believe, a forward thinking owner. I recommend this resort for reunions, conferences or just plain R&R as they also have good food, nice looking bar and restaurant. As I said, it was a great surprise to find this in Gensan.

Nice Resort for families

Did not start well, on arriving was told "Sorry No Vacancies" before I even got to reception! Explained I had previously booked a room on-line which seemed to resolve things. To be fair there was a large Teachers convention taking over the hotel when we arrived, so difficult to give a balanced view of the hotel and its facilities. Parts of the resort still being developed
