"Hotel was filthy. Bathroom in lobby out of order. Treadmill out of order. You get what you pay for. It is a cheap hotel for sure and nothing seriously wrong with the stay, however, if you are used to midrange or higher hotels this one is NOT for you. Gal at front desk was great! "

"Bathroom floor in our room was not clean. We wiped it with a towel and it came back black. The breakfast was limited. No microwave for oatmeal but they had oatmeal packets. Fruit, waffles, everything else was good. They had eggs and sausage, I didn’t eat any but my husband and daughter did. They were kept in a metal food container but it didn’t have a warmer under it or anyway to keep it warm. The milk was in an unmarked container that was not see through so you couldn’t really tell if it was good or not. "

"We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn again due to this and will likely not look through Expedia for hotels due to hidden extra fee information. We will just go straight to the hotel to rent. Very unsatisfied with this."
