"Really close to the train station, so it was easy to get too. I had mentioned that we were put in a handicap accessible room that was not the room we booked on-line. There was no natural light as you're basically below the roof line of the restaurant that in on site. For an HC accessible room the shower was tiny, no chance someone in a WC is getting in that shower. The room itself was big, we had plenty of room to put our things and move around with no issues. "We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well. Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...

"Don’t be put off by the outside. The B&B is on the 4th floor, Suite 9. Once you enter it is very clean and comfy. The young lady, Beatrice, who came to clean and assist visitors could not have been more helpful or pleasant! This is a diamond in the rough. A good deal."

Personale gentile che ci ha concesso di lasciare i bagagli anche se arrivati con un ora di anticipo e disponibili a rispondere domande tramite Whatsapp, ci hanno offerto anche due bottigliette d'acqua visto il caldo di quei giorni.
