"Room wasn’t the cleanest. Found someone’s sock on the floor. Bathroom vanity is rusting. Killed a roach in the bathroom. Employees at the front desk talking to each other instead of helping me. Parking is $25 a day why? Elevator takes foreverrrrr. "

"Everything was pleasant at this property. As with any downtown Houston hotel make sure you lock your car. Hotel looked like they might have been renovating there bar eating area and it was closed, but we did not need that amenity so I did not pay that close attention "

"Our room was not ready until 3:45pm and check in was at 3. It pushed back all of our plans that day. The receptionist took a call from an outside number in the middle of assisting me. Would not recommend"
