"Real clean and welcoming nothing bad about it"

"Air Con was very noisy. We couldn’t sleep at night for 3 night during our stay. We asked for shuttle van services for my doctor’s appointment at MD Anderson Cancer Center. According to front desk, shuttle van services is not available, don’t have driver. During our stay, we using Uber for one day. Ended renting a car until we checked out. Two days in a row, there were police activities infront of the hotel."

"We were stuck in the hallway for 15 - 20 minutes because neither key card would work. My son had to go back to the front desk twice. Finally the lady came and let us in and said the lock was messed up. There was no hot water in the shower at all. There was hair in the sink and something on the toilet seat. We ended up just leaving and driving 2 hours home in the middle of the night. Both employees I came into contact with were very nice."
