Hotel dekat George Eastman Museum

"Our host Gary was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a beautiful classic building. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return!"

"Make sure you bring your own toothbrush and paste. Very uncommon for such size of hotel chain to make you buy the bare necessities, including a body lotion. The receptionist on duty at my arrival was not bothered if anyone would come to the hotel. The male staff at the reception were all nice and helpful, making you feel welcomed and valued. The condition of the hotel was good in general. The wall behind the toilet in my bathroom was wet."

"The staff was very nice and helpful and the place was very clean. It's in a great location as well Got only good things to say"

"Thanks!"

"Bathroom had mold on ceiling and when we called to tell them they had a maintenance worker come up when we weren’t in the room and they just painted over the mold in the bathroom . The walls were peeling from water moisture due to no vent in the bathroom and it smelled very musty in the room. The end table had food that was spilled from someone before us. The lamp shade had food on the inside. The chair arms had tape on them and the side couch had some stains on it."

"Staff not very helpful or polite, but otherwise clean enough and decent breakfast."

"Rooms very dated. No full length mirror bathroom small and no counter space no mini fridge. Will not come back."

"Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!"

"Nice"

"The staff were all so friendly!!! Especially the night staff!! Our room was huge and very clean. Breakfast was good. Only complaint and not really a complaint because the place was great is the elevator kept closing on is when we walked in. Other than that I would definitely be back!!"
