"Unique hotel with lots of charm. Vintage furniture and decorations made it feel like we stepped back in time. We somehow ended up in the Governor's Suite which had a sitting room with a hot tub, a small balcony, 2 sinks and a fireplace. Everything was clean, and there were toiletries provided. "The staff was very helpful. Outside building was full of spider cells and the doors were not clean. The shower in the bathroom wasn’t functioning well. There were safe, fridge, hairdryer and an iron in the room. It was quiet and pretty cozy place. The breakfast was delicious. Self parking on site. "I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "
