"The staff were really very helpful relatable respectful went out their way for all request that alone gives them a 5+ Well, I didn’t like was there were no irons to iron my clothes it just had steamers and I’m not used to preparing my clothes with the steamer and also I think they need to give microwaves in the room so that you can keep your coffee hot"

"Great place to stay in New Orleans. Walking distance to restaurants and the French Quarter. Stayed during July 4th weekend, and found the walls are thin and can hear the very loud neighbors and smell their marijuana/cigarette smoke. Beds were comfortable, extra linens and towels were available, all kitchen items supplied. Would stay here again."

"I do not recommend this hotel at all! The room had no redeeming qualities at all. The balcony is a joke. What’s the point of having a balcony if you can’t even smoke on it? The green walls are hideous. After taking a shower, water leaked out into the room."
