"Staff were very nice, polite, and helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds and blankets were super comfortable. The location was pretty close to everything we wanted to do, walking distance from WW2 museum. Short drive to French Quarter/Bourbon St, about 40 minutes from airboats. "

"For the price we paid, this place deserves a 5 star! We went not expecting much, as I was looking more for cheap prices than elegance. My fiancé and I had a great stay! The room was clean, it smell nice, everything worked with no problem. Bathroom wasn’t updated but toilet flush and shower had hot water which is all that matters. Breakfast was included and though it’s just a simple breakfast menu, it was nice to have coffee, muffin, cereal, toast and waffles available for free. (We did miss out...

"This hotel is beyond beautiful, and the staff are EXCELLENT. Everyone was kind, attentive, helpful, and professional. This is the best hotel I've every stayed at! My husband and I went for our honeymoon -- it was nice to visit the sites and then stay here in the Business district. It was easy to catch the trolley right down the street. "

"Room was clean & comfortable with well appointed amenities. Staff was amazing & friendly. Loved the aesthetic appeal, the large soaking tub plus roomy shower equipped with rain shower head…never ran out of hot water when both were in use. Plus one of my favorite restaurants below the Inn, the Copper Vine, delicious food with gluten free options as well as great wine options & cocktails. Definitely a great place to stay & dine!"

"The hotel reached out prior to our arrival to ask if we had special requests. Communication was wonderful throughout the stay, with text messages offering housekeeping service when we still had our do not disturb light selected (no hanging paper signs on the doors here!) The linens were quite nice and crisp, and the selection of pillows was wonderful. I found the mattress a bit firm for my preference and they added a mattress topper.
