"Very disappointed there was no microwave or refrigerator. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The food was unappetizing and confusing to figure out how to even get it. We were able to get it free with Marriott points and still didn’t because it was gross. As much as we paid for the reservation, I felt it didn’t come close to the expected quality. Definitely would not stay again."

"AC didn't work had to transfer room after first night also the Air Conditioning unit while not generating air continued making noises all night driving us crazy. Lost sleep and would expect compensation"

"difficulty at check in with door lock. It was inoperable and we waited till 10:00pm to get into our room after checking in at 9pm and a long day of travel. "

"Mike was pleasant and welcoming as soon as we walked in, the whole establishment is cozy and welcoming, clean and on a nice quiet street. Plus it’s easy walking distance to tons of local spots. We had a great time and would 100% stay again."
