"The person at the front desk was very kind and allowed us to check in 3 hours early…a blessing after a long drive! We were the first guests in a newly renovated room. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. The bed and the linens were lovely snd very comfortable. However, there were a few things that need tending to: a towel bar near the sink; a soap dispenser (there was only hand lotion); body gel/soap in the shower(there was only shampoo and conditioner). "The staff at the hotel was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We were there during the Noah Kahan concert at Fenway and the hotel was packed due to a pop-up event but the staff remained calm and guided us for check-in and parking and made sure we were all set. The rooms was so comfortable and the location can't be beat. We also loved the breakfast. Everything was fresh and tasty. Can't wait to go back!"

"Had a lovely stay at Oasis Guest House! I only stayed overnight for a World Cup match, but the room was very comfortable. The free upgrade was very appreciated, and the staff was warm and welcoming! The AC and luggage storing were such a bonus."

"Honestly, we have stayed at the Eliot Hotel many times and love the staff there and the proximity to places we need to go. Overall, the air-conditioning unit didn’t seem to work well and the room was very damp. I did let staff know about this as we were leaving and they said they would have maintenance fix it. We also had four people in a room with a pullout couch and one bed and when we got there, the pullout couch did not have sheets or blankets on it. Staff was friendly and immediately...

"Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"We drove from Toronto to watch the England vs Ghana game. The hotel was fairly close to gilette stadium. Staff were friendly,curtious and the breakfst buffet was excellent."

"We did struggle on the key pads. Appears you have to enter the numbers quickly. The main door and room door key pads being slightly different made it difficult to enter the numbers quickly enough. That said, it's a good system. Older people, like us, struggle more with 'non-traditional' entry systems :) Perhaps adding a separate can for recycle items? We put a lot of recycle items in the trash :( Location was fantastic. Boston is a great city and we certainly will recommend Copley house...
