"What a wonderful home away from home! The rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4. We had a lot of luggage and didn’t feel like we were tripping over them. We were attending two big family events, and the space allowed us all to get ready hassle free. The front desk staff on Wednesday evening and Thursday 5/20-5/21 was the best! All of our needs were met with courteous and prompt attention. The property had a lot to offer, although we didn’t take advantage of them due...

"Property is well maintained!! Except for the pool....now that was outdated and COLD. The pool is NOT heated. But I ordered room service 10/10 Room 10/10 Check in was quick and efficient. The graffiti quarry is 10 minutes away. Make sure you check that out. Would stay there again"

"I got as far as driving into the neighborhood and decided it did not feel safe and would not be comfortable parking my vehicle. I drove the 2.5 hours home rather than stay there"

"The staff couldn't have been sweeter, and there are eating options, and a drugstore and convenience store nearby. That's where it ends. My towels had hair on them, and they were replace with towels that had a hair on it. There was a stain on the bedsheets, no microwave in the room, tabletop ironing board with no place adequate to lay it. They had CABLE tv but the picture was HORRIBLE, grainy with two horizontal lines that keep looping from the bottom of the screen to the top. Comfortable bed...

"Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wasn’t a fan of the Bistro. Purchased a Buffalo chicken sandwich, didn’t taste Buffalo, to much blue cheese, and the chicken patty tasted not fully Cooked. I also waited 2 hours to get food, cook was running an hour late and the oven wasn’t working, only the fryer. Great stay but don’t purchase the food."

"First we were given a room thatsmelled smoking. The room was changed but the new room had a cockroach in the carpet. And the blower did not worked in the bathroom. No airport transfer nor to the metro station like other hotels in the area."
