"Staff/service was very slow. There was no hot water running in our room. The entire stay went by and we were having cold showers. There is no kettle in the room, so you can not get boiling water for a tea or coffee after 10 pm. The coffee machine was not working in our room. The safe wasn’t working when we first arrived; shortly after, the engineer arrived and fixed it- so we were able to use the safe in the room during our stay. We enjoyed their food options, especially because they provided local guyanese cuisines which we loved very much. The drinks at the bar were fresh and delicious.
