"Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! Toilet not clean. Stain on bed sheet. Stain in carpet. But a quick shuttle to the airport (12 minutes) at 4 am!"

"The reason I am giving it a 4 is because the card key kept failing and apperantly is due to being near a magnet/phone. Basically being erase that easy. Although the front desk didn’t say anything the cleaning lady did. The front desk helped us and we had to keep going down there to get it reactivated. This WAS my ONLY issue there. Over all nice to stay "

"The pool looked nice from what we could see because both on Friday night and Saturday morning it was full of small children, their parents, and instructors we couldn't even get close! When we asked about 5pm at the desk on Friday how long it was rented for, we were told till at least 8pm. Needless to say, we were unable to use the pool our entire stay!"

"Very clean, nice hotel with friendly staff! This is our third time staying here before a flight. Highly recommend. The hotel restaurant and bar is great too! Unfortunately, the hotel does not connect directly into the airport anymore but Hyatt made sure to have 3 shuttles available starting at 4am in the lobby. They really make sure you do not have to wait long at all. Everyone was great!"

"We loved that it was so quiet and peaceful. The living space in the upstairs cottage/loft. The owners were very nice and willing to help in anyway that they could. They made a great breakfast to start your day. Great place!!"

"The stay and price was ridiculous IHG properties are at the bottom end of a chain once reputable and hearing complaints about staff shortages is uncalled for. The rooms aren’t clean I even wonder about the bedding. New manager new staff and a remodel is absolutely necessary. What a waste yet again!!!"

"We booked this Fairfield Inn because our house currently has no power and we thought it would at least be a fun, relaxing night for our kids since the hotel advertised a pool and free breakfast. Unfortunately, the pool was literally GREEN and completely unusable. Our kids were so excited to swim and were really disappointed. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7 AM, but by 8:30 there was still nothing out. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, there wasn’t even anyone working the desk....
