"While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. Whether he was given a new key or his old key was never deactivated, neither explanation is acceptable. Thankfully, our dog immediately started barking and charging toward the door, causing him to stop before...

"Definitely does not look as presented on the website. Rooms are very out dated, has a very questionable elevator that does have its permit displayed. Pool and hot tub are out of commission. Hallways are very short, I’m 5’9 and can touch the ceiling with my arms not even halfway raised. Bathroom has a walk in shower that is half glass and half curtain, and the curtain doesn’t go fully to the floor so water splashes out and soaks the floor."

"The hotel is central to everything we needed, clean, friendly staff and comfortable renovated rooms. The only downfall was the pool, it was small and didn’t have good ventilation so our eyes really hurt (even those who did not swim!) so we avoided using the pool.."

"The staff was terrific. Very friendly and helpful!! Our room had a lot of ants, crawling on the desk area, shelf under the tv, and the mirror above the desk. We were on the second floor . The bathroom shower had some mold in the corners."

"The staff were amazing and so nice. The room was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, the pool’s heating system was not working properly BUT, we enjoyed the pool time anyway."
