"The outlet by the sink & the air conditioner did not work. The room darkening curtains did not cover the windows."

"The room itself was clean. However the fixtures (dressers, counters, faucets, etc) looked and functioned like returns from Home Depot. The outside door lock was non-functional, so anyone could enter the hotel."

"Beautiful place. The biggest complaint i have is that I specifically paid extra for the king suite with jacuzzi soaking tub and it was just a plain tub. The pictures and descriptions need to be updated on all apps especially 3rd party apps."

"The fact that we are 91 years old and my wife and I were exhausted as it was around midnight the staff was very courteous, but our room was 100 yards away. The last room of the hotel, it seems like a lot of remodeling is going on. But we should’ve been notified how far away our room was when we checked in and asked for help."

"The hotel is being remodeled, but it did not interfere with my stay. My room was clean, the staff was helpful, and my nights sleep was excellent. The breakfast the next morning was beter than expected at a hotel. I was unsure when I saw that there was some renovation going on when I stopped, but I am glad I did. I had a very nice stay and would gladly stop in again. Also, very reasonable price!"

"Staff was excellent. Didn’t like people off the street coming in to swim. We didn’t feel comfortable with some in the pool. Hot tube was excellent. I wouldn’t pit towels all over, keep on shelve. Didn’t know if someone was sitting there. Room was excellent."
