"The room is big by New York standards but the hotel feels a bit old and outdated. Needs a face lift urgently. Rooms need better maintenance, specially the bathrooms.
Hotel cleanliness has much to be improved upon.
And service was bellow average. Had to call every day sometimes even three times to get the courtesy bottles of water, at some point I was told they didn’t have any and if I wanted, I could go at 10 o’clock at night to the corner shop to buy some.

"The elevator was disgusting and smelled terrible. The room was full of hair and dirty clothing on sides and underneath the bed from previous people. The AC was loud and broken. The bathroom looked like someone kicked out the door from the inside out and the chips in the tub were rusted.
