"I loved this hotel! Favorite place I’ve stayed in NYC yet. Beautiful rooms, great location, smoothie juice bar, and a garden outside perfect for daytime or ending the night. The check in staff could have been a bit more welcoming for the price but hey it’s new york after all lol. Also would say it’s geared towards a younger crowd especially with the roof / lobby clubs open on the weekends. Hope to be back soon!"

"Room was not well kept, hardwood floor was scratched all over, bathrooms were not totally clean. Front desk staff were not that helpful. I wanted to ship some item back to my home the person in charge of shipping was not the helpful. I ended up walking to near by UPS to get help. I wanted the hotel keep our luggage while waiting for our ride back to airport I had to pay cash for that service. Generally staff service was not satisfactory, specially for premium price we paid."

"A perfect oasis during our busy NY week. Bed was comfortable, great shower pressure and bathroom amenities. Did not hear any neighbors or street noise. "Cozy little hotel in Manhattan. Traveled with my husband to NYC and stayed in Little Charlie. This hotel gives you the impression that you’re staying in a cute European hotel. The room was cozy, very well kept, clean and with all the amenities. They served daily breakfast with delicious pastries and coffee. The room and the hotel was impeccably clean, look immaculate and smelled amazing. We had the most amazing time and definitely coming back!"

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"The hotel was great. Perfect location to get around the city. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The men at the doors were very polite.

"The location was the only positive aspect of this stay. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
Upon arrival, I was assigned an older room on the 31st floor that looked nothing like the photos online. The bathroom lights did not work, and I was told I needed to insert the room key to activate the lights. After expressing my concerns, I requested a room change and was moved to a room in the newer wing.
While the second room was somewhat better, it still fell short in terms of cleanliness...
