"Sehr liebes Personal, super schöne Anlage, sehr sauber und entzückende Babykatzen - die unseren Aufenthalt heimeliger gemacht haben.
Wenn wir wieder nach Kreta Nähe Chania kommen, dann bestimmt wieder in dieses Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen. "

"My overall impression of that hotel: Never again!
The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost.
Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood."

"On a adoré notre séjour.
Le repas dans les restaurants étaient variés et très bons.
L’équipe attentionnée et efficace parle français et d’autres langues parfaitement.
Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir.
L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch.
Plage de sable comme piscine nous avons trouvés des transats à toute heure.
Salle de sport propre et complète

"This is an extremely well-run hotel with excellent service from all staff. Relaxing atmosphere and excellent beach location. Consistent and high quality. Easily accessible from Chania (about 1 hour)."
