"Enjoyed our 1 night stay with Jenny and Ken. Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Nice little spot to sit outside in their glorious garden, which must keep them very busy. A couple of friendly cats in the main part of the house. It is a 20 minute walk, or short drive into Geraldine with it's restaurants and cafes. Barkers (the jam people) have a store and café there. "The room was spacious, immaculate, and even included candies and games. The bathroom was sparkling and modern. The beds were very comfy and the area is very quiet. Everything was perfect!"

"Nice room, but definitely an older property. Basically no water pressure in the shower for the hot water setting. Within walking distance of the few shops and restaurants this tiny town has to offer. I let the owner know I likely wouldn’t make it during the check-in window and they arranged for me to settle in after hours with no issues. "

"We were lucky enough to book this place last minute and so glad we did - it was amazing. Friendly hosts who provided a wonderful welcome basket of milk, juice, yoghurt, biscuits, crisps granola and bread which was a really thoughtful touch. The place is huge and comfortable and we lit an open fire which was lovely. The accommodation is isolated from the main farm and is therefore wonderfully quiet and peaceful. "Well equipped, clean and modern room. The property is close to the main road so I'd recommend white noise or earplugs for when big trucks roll through town. The reception is only open limited times, so if you're expecting to arrive after 7pm you will need to phone them and provide a credit card, even if you've paid through Expedia."

"Hôtel très vétuste dans son jus - matelas inconfortable avec les ressorts apparents. Une àffiche en cas d’arrivée tardive (19h) donnait deux consignes 1. Appeler le Numéro de téléphone : injoignable 2. Aller au bar : musique à fond - mais le bar était fermé. il a fallut taper très fort à la porte du bar pour que la personne qui jouait au billard avec musique très forte vienne nous ouvrir.. Personnel inexistant le soir ou lendemain matin pour le Check out."
