"El personal de recepción súper amable. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren y cercano a los jardines Mirabelle. En realidad, fuimos caminando a todos lados, la ciudad lo permite. La habitación era amplia, iluminada, cómoda, el baño enorme y con una regadera deliciosa. Cafetera gratis y una botella de agua gratis durante la estancia. Excelente hotel."

"Very good hotel with good location, all amenities, electric kettle, fridge, AC, plenty of space. The only bad point was on cleanliness. The table was downright filthy. And the WiFi was really weak but that is common in Viennese hotels in this price range."

"Our stay at H2 Hotel Wien Schönbrunn was average. The hotel seems better suited for backpackers or budget travelers, as our room included bunk beds rather than a more traditional hotel setup. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. However, the air conditioning did not work properly—it only made noise without cooling the room, which was a major disappointment during the warm European summer. The staff was generally not very welcoming, and our worst experience was with a staff...

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das vorhandene Geschirr leider nicht ganz und in den Handtüchern waren fremde lange Haare. Ansonsten war das Zimmer und auch das Bad sehr toll und großzügig. Die Klima war einwandfrei und hat das Zimmer gut gekühlt. Das Frühstück war den Preis leider nicht wert. Die Mini Brötchen waren pappig, es gab Rührei aus der Packung und Tomate und Gurke. Für 20€ bekomme ich woanders wesentlich besseres Frühstück"

"Great rooms and excellent service. Breakfast was good too. Very close the railway station if you like to travel around the city and the locality. My only adverse comment would be in respect of noise from the station during the night. We had a room facing the station on the 15th floor. I would suggest that you try to get a room that doesn't face the station."

"Our bathroom drain was broken , room 424. There were pieces on the bathroom floor. The room never got cool. The front desk was often unmanned"

"Voor een bezoek aan Austria Center Vienna uitstekende ligging. Verder weinig voorzieningen in directe omgeving. Metrostation lijn U1 naar binnenstad op 10 min lopen. Compacte maar goed doordachte kamer. Vriendelijk personeel."
