"Clean rooms. Great breakfast. During my 4 night stay, my keycards to my room stopped working 3 times. When returning to front desk to get them working again, they never verified anything about me. Just asked what room and reprogrammed them without verification that I was even a guest or how long I was staying which brings me to my next red flag. "Great location and amazing staff! My room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. However, the property needs maintenance. The pool was overfilled chlorine, the entrance door was rusted, and the jacuzzi was broken and poorly taped off. Also, my balcony was covered in spiders and cobwebs. The staff's polite and welcoming attitude made the stay pleasant, but the facilities definitely need some upkeep."

"Overall the stay was great. However our carpet wasn't swept very well. When I was getting in my bed my feet had per fur on them. Also the corners has cob webs. The kickback was a little chaotic, had to wait in a lot of items. My suggestion would be have an extra person helping during that time. Breakfast was great. Hot and items were always fully stocked."
