The staff is overworked. They have one person running the entire property from cleaning to checking people in answering the phones and it shows.

I enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, though the breakfast could use some more items to choose from and extra towels for the pool and hot tub would be much appreciated. All in all had a wonderful stay.

The pool area and hot tub were both closed. The “continental” breakfast was bread and jelly. The juice machine put out brown oj. When I opened it there was s best by august 26 date on it. My room had 3 vanity light bulbs out when I told the person at the desk she told me they do not have any extra bulbs on premises. I only booked this hotel for the pool/hot tub and convenience of a breakfast on site, had I of known this was the case I would have booked elsewhere 100%. When I asked for a refund thru Expedia the hotel refused to give any type of refund. Also there is no in room coffee. The only good thing I will say is that the bed was comfortable and there were no bed bugs.

I know it’s a big ass for just a blanket however, my father, my mother, my best friend, my stepfather and more just passed away in this past year. I have never taken a vacation in my life until your place and I was able to sign a sign for that’s gonna represent in Nashville, Tennessee at her home

The most disgusting motel I've ever stayed in.Nasty stains on carpet.Mold on shower curtain stains on tub.Tv and AC both inoperative.

People were nice but building needs some TLC. Elevator and ice machine were both out of order. Big hole in the wall of our room. Discoloration around the no slip bath mat. Price was very reasonable...sheets were clean and mattresses comfy.

The worst continental breakfast ever, not even good coffee. Rooms were decent, outside very run down, only view was back of McDonalds. Staff nice, stayed for 2 days and never got room service until we left. Tv got very few channels.

Beds were terribly uncomfortable; bed spread stained; smells musty which probably means there’s a mold problem; internet and tv wouldn’t work; minimal breakfast. Pool was ok. Whole hotel needs overhauled or torn down.

Hotel is run down, and dirty. The toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor, the shower was very slow to drain, everytime we went out of the room we had to get the key cards reprogrammed. The Tv remote was put together with duct tape. The hallway had a very strong smell of people smoking weed and there were empty beer bottles sitting on the stairs. Should have just slept in the car.

The pictures of the rooms and property was nothing like they show on the app. The rooms were nasty and the motel was like a Crack house. Felt very unsafe and the breakfast was nothing. 4 muffins and 2 yogurts. That was 20 minutes after they opened.

If you are looking for a cheap stay: this is it. No frills, a bed with clean sheets. Breakfast was bare minimum but fine. A/C in our room didn’t work. Guy at counter was super nice but blamed AC on needing AA batteries. LOL, okay… There were super sketchy Mexicans that scared the bigeebies out of me. Will be my last stay there for sure. You get what you pay for…

The entire hotel was a mess. There were holes in the wall. Mold in the shower. The sink was smashed. Blood on the wall and carpet. Food under the bed. Worms in the sink. Cockroaches by the pool. The worst of it was we woke up at 130 in the morning with bed bugs crawling on us. We went down the hall to another room family was staying in and they were already up with bed bugs and there were several people in the hallway complaining of bed bugs. We collected some of them in a cup and brought them down to the front desk and asked for a refund and the guy just laughed and said unfortunately your contract says no refunds we offered you a room if you don’t want to stay with the bugs then that’s on you no refund. We told them we can knock on all the doors and inform the other guests of the bed bugs and he said he will have a manager take care of it in the morning and they will be in touch by 10am but we have still yet to receive a call 3 days later. Do not stay here!!!
