"Room was clean and tidy. I really liked the clever use of space, and having a bed that can lay flat or take a reclined position eliminates the need for a chair in the room. Room has two sets of blinds in the shower area, blackout and shade. Fridge was a giid size, and the complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste is a nice touch. Breakfast options were plentiful, covering both Eastern and Western preferences. Hotel is in a great location for the shopping along Orchard Road, with access to the MRT a 2-min walk away and bus stop opposite the building. Staff were friendly. Overall an excellent stay, only suggestion for improvement is to improve the automated check-out desks as they were incredibly slow (5-10mins and lots of 'please wait')."

"This place deserves 10 stars, all the workers are amazing and super friendly and professional. The crew surprised me with a cute sweet treat for my Birthday. I didn’t expected it, how sweet. Ganesa gave us a super nice welcome and he always was ready to help us with advices and taxis ready to easily navigate in the city, and making sure we could visit the most iconic places in Singapore. You guys made our experience so AMAZING."
