"Exceptional experience! The hotel surpassed all our expectations. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff members were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. "Had a superior king room. Good size, big bathroom, bed extremely comfortable. Room overlooked the entrance of the hotel which was busy with vehicle noise throughout the day but quiet at night when it mattered. Breakfast was very good although busy in the main restaurant. Lunch and dinner was excellent across all restaurants. The pools were good. Ombré was quietest. Sabi was nice but the sun beds were too close together and too crowded. Every member of staff was lovely especially Pyar, Donna & Saqib who were always smiling and making everyone feel welcome. Saqib was great with helping to arrange reservations for guests and with the daily hotel tours."

"The hotel is a few streets back from the main Qawra tourist areas. The Reception area was quite dark. On approaching the hotel there's no signage to indicate where the reception desk is (on you left behind you as you walk in) I mentioned it being dark and they put a few lights on but it was still gloomy. The hotel needs modernising. It doesn't look like much has changed since it was built The room was clean the bed comfortable. There wasn't any bottled water in the room, most 4 star hotels in Malta give you a free bottle of still water. The supplied toiletries on the room were a decent quality. The toilet was so close to the wall, bigger people need to sit to the side. There were 2 unidentified red stains on the bed. Didn't look like blood. Despite our room being close to the lifts we didn't hear noise. maybe a little bit from the street outside. The indoor and outdoor pools looked ok if a little bit small. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Coffee and Scrambled eggs were great, but everything else was bad. I'd suggest going room only and going out for breakfast. There is a lack of signage. no sign pointing to reception, the indoor pool, the bar or the dining area. £85 for 1 night in late September 2026 isn't too bad for a 4 star hotel in Malta. I don't think you'd be disappointed, but there are better places to stay"

Transports en communs bien développés et facile d’utilisation. L’hôtel a déjà vécu des heures de gloire mais c’est derrière nous dorénavant. Personnellement j’y ai eu ce que je venais y chercher soit un endroit pour dormir et me laver à moindre coût mais sans plus."
