"I didn't have an issue with this property per say, I had an issue with the room we received. So the units are individually managed by different vendors or agents. Our room was clean but the shower was broken, there was mold on the wall, the AC worked. The wifi did not work. The room was also very small. "Oko helped us with a smooth check-in process, but did not seem to have all of our needed changes confirmed. We were also not alerted that the restaurant closes early on Sundays, but thankfully they let us order food to go!"
