"Pool and beach facilities were great- sailing and kayaking lots of fun. The room was small but clean. The outdoor corridors to the accomodation looked tired and need a refresh. Bathrooms need a refit."

"We booked for 6 nights. The location was great as it had easy parking and was just across the road from the bus stop which we used to get into Noosa main beach each day so we didn't have to worry about parking the car. The room we booked was the basic level room but it had everything that we needed and was spacious and comfortable. Will stay at Ivory Palms again next time we come to Sunshine Coast, but we will likely book the Superior room for a bit more luxury."

"Second time staying at this hotel, and it was again an excellent experience. Rooms feel fresh and new still, very clean and have a nice warm feel. The location is very handy to the beach, nice cafes and Sunshine Plaza. It’s also perfect for people who just need a comfortable place to sleep rather than a full resort-style stay, as the rooms are on the smaller side but very well designed. Will definitely stay here again and think it’s excellent value."

"Property was really tired and rough around the edges. Chipped and cracked tiles along with flaking and faded paint, with mold in a few places. There was thick dirt scum on the fridge handle which I managed to clean off myself. But yeah, disgusting. Epic view of the water though, that was the highlight."

"You cannot beat the location: central, adjacent to the beach and only a stroll to bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. The rooms are well appointed and once the renovation project is completed, all rooms will be newly modernised. The resort has lovely pools, including a pool for kids and a spa. Free off street parking is also a huge bonus. One thing I would say - the areas around the pools and water features in particular are incredibly slippery and you need to take care when walking through...

"The apartment was very dark. Directly next to the pool. The window from both the living room and bedroom faced a brick wall surrounding the pool."

"Our check in was after 2pm on a Sunday so front counter was closed. Room was comfortable, though it had ageing furniture. Cleaners must have been in a rush as no towels were left for us to use. There was no one to contact to rectify the issue. Fortunately the unit came with a washing machine and dryer so we were able to wash an old towel from in our car for use. There was a water glimpse from the balcony of our room. Floors and skirting boards could have been cleaner. Linen was clean Swimming...

"This place has all the aspects that could make it a winner. It's in a great spot, it has a nice distillery behind it, and it's a walk to town. Unfortunately the management is letting this place go big time. Mouldy windows, mouldy shower, big brown stains on blankets, unusable wifi, general maintenance and cleaning seems non existent. The tiled floors we gross sticky also. It's barely three stars, we never saw a staff member the entire time for check-in or out either."
