If you have issue with stairs it may be a problem. No elevators. Only talked to an attendant with whats app, you mat have a problem if you don't have the app. It ia close to the train station, about 5-10 minutes. A lot of stores and restaurants near by. Huge room - we were in the suite. We only saw people as we arrived & as we left. You have access to the kitchen if you want to cook etc. Convenient for the station too (Gent St Peters) The stairs up to the suite are very steep and shallow which wasn’t ideal as we had large pieces of luggage.
