"I read the other reviews, so I knew what I was getting into. This place was perfect for my wife and I, BUT would NOT be perfect for everyone. My wife and I are walkers. You will walk, a lot. You can take the tram, directly outside of the hotel but I takes time to get to the center of things - you actually have to go in the opposite direction of where you will want to travel and take the tram to the B line to Termini - it is fine, it just takes time. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was located within walking distance to many historical landmarks. If you don’t feel like walking, the metro station is just few steps away. The property was clean and amenities were great. I highly recommend staying there. "While the room was spacious and clean, the lack of communication from the staff was difficult to deal with as there is no front desk/reception. During our 3 night day, we messaged the hotel through Expedia requesting a steamer however received no reply at all. On our final day and night at the hotel, we noticed that the electricity and water were not working. We received no communication from anyone. We left a message through Expedia, texted them, and tried calling several times to NO response....

Check in instructions could’ve been sent before the stay to make it easier, and although room was spotless, few things were missing like towels when we arrived.
