"Horrible service and rooms"

"Staff was friendly, check was smooth. Breakfast was fair , but room beds are not queen's and pillows are very bad . No extra bedding. So I would give that a 2"

"We had an outside room. The air conditioning was very loud along with the fan in the bathroom. The room was clean & large. Breakfast was fine, very clean at the breakfast area. I wish they offered coffee throughout the day. Overall a nice hotel with a friendly staff."

"Facility is undergoing a remodel and there is construction debris everywhere, pool and other facilities closed. Only second and third floor rooms available and they are charging $200+ a night. Most disappointing is that there is no information on website or vendor sites providing information and you become aware only upon arrival. Place so dirty and disruptive that we refused to stay."

"The staff is friendly and pleasant. The room was fairly clean. But all the linens need to be replaced. Though they might have been clean stains are evident and some have holes in them. I even had to reverse the sheets because they felt smoother inside out. Check-in and check-out was quick. For an overnight stay with no frills, this place was fine. Its not the best value for money - there were other places nearby for the same price that had breakfast and looked nicer (from the pictures). "

"Overall, our stay was decent and the room was spacious, fairly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fine and the coffee was very good. There were a few issues during our stay. Check-in felt a bit rushed as the staff member was on the phone while handing us our key and we weren’t given directions to our room. "The room was okay but could have been cleaner and some things need updated. The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great. We always try to stay at a Staybridge Suites because the rooms are big. We had one issue when someone else had a key to our room and didnt knock they just tried to enter but luckily we had the security lock on and when the door hit that they left fast before we could see who was there. "Breakfast was ok, staff ok, my room was good but grand daughters room had many ants, she reported to staff and lady said they could move her but there was no one there to check her room till morning. I stay in many hotels and never heard of such response. Would not recommend "

"Breakfast was healthy - eggs, turkey sausage, bacon, bagels/English muffins, waffles, oatmeal, juices, fruit. It was Mother's Day and there were flowers for each mom that came in. Staff was very polite."
