"Unfortunately a not so good experience due to the room that we were checked in initially. Which looked more like a cave with very worn out furniture and an awful sewage smell, with no toiletries whatsoever and with a sink that doesn’t drain compensated by a shower that floods every time you’re showering. After several complaints, and the need to repeat the issues from the beginning to 5 different persons, without any initiative to relay the message from the beginning and avoid the irritation of stating the facts 5 times 🙌, we were finally moved to another room after spending the night in the horrible room without even a working AC."
