"The bedding had not been changed for a while from the sweaty smell of it and long dark hairs everywhere. I don’t mean the odd one, there were clumps all over the bathroom floor sink and bath and up the walls. I have photos."

"Despite not been able to check in until 3pm the room was not ready when we arrived at 3.30pm and had to wait. Not informed the room was ready and had to ask again. Restaurant over priced for poor quality pub food"
