"Quiet, quaint, & very clean. For those who don't need all the "frills" of a fancy hotel, this is your place! The staff is very friendly, the rooms (linens, bathroom, shower) were extremely clean, & the outdoor area was relaxing, quiet, & welcoming. Nice, fresh options for breakfast and within easy walking distance to the famous Fredericksburg downtown. Safe area with no worries about walking after dark. I will be back!"

"Staff was nice and friendly when checking in. Parking is tight, and trucks take up 2,3, 4 spaces per truck. They dont get plates at check in to monitor this. They accept pets, but there is no grass anywhere except the tiny strip between the sidewalk and busy highway. We did walk a few blocks around to a park and cemetery. Beds were good and clean. Room ceiling is office ceiling tiles...one was missing in ours..very weird. Breakfast was mediocre. We just stayed one night with my parents in...

"The bananas were old with brown spots. The tangarines were green and wrinkled. Those were the only fresh things put out. Everything else was packaged. Walmart yogurt. The ckerk recyckes the key card envelope. We were asked to return it. We weren't it's first customers. Phone# written on the back. Tub was filthy. AC was noisy and clanking. "
