"The location is great The staff is very accomodating to reguest and offer help in a passionate way. I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The restaurant had no problems with me desiring to eat in my room instead of the establishment. Will stay there again on return "

"My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Excellent location in the heart of Ponta Delgado, walking distance to all the great restaurants. They handled our car rental for us, making it super easy (and getting us a great deal!). They have indoor parking available but it’s limited so request a spot early! "This is a unique option to be on a small home boat on the harbor. All basics were provided, dishes, seating, honor bar, adjustable heat, etc. Two outdoor spaces to sit or lounge on top of boat space. Two small beds were comfy although one felt more tipped by waves. You are definitely on a boat in moving water but it’s set up for that with kitchen and bath stability. I would stay there again for longer next time. Very convenient to local town amenities with several restaurant options nearby."
