Bathroom tile was filthy, room smelled bad, When we got off the elevator there was large pieces of furniture stacked outside the elevator yet there was no signs stating “forgive our mess” our hall was party central yelling and hollering down the hallway through out the night. "This hotel can only be described as a dump. Nobody at the desk at check in, staff who showed eventually very unfriendly...same at checkout. Room was a throwback which apparently hadn't seen any care in years. Carpet was heavily soileand torn in spot, bug in overhead light..fixtures chipped and rusted. Bed and linens clean at least . Windows were dirty. Lobby shabby. Relieve we were only there for one night."

"BED BUGS! I chose this hotel of the convenience for our tournament weekend, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We found bed bugs in our room after already settling in. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
Yes, the hotel switched us to another room, but once you find bed bugs, the damage is done. Instead of enjoying the weekend, we spent the rest of the trip stressed about our luggage, clothes, and possibly bringing bugs home with us.

"The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing.
