"Location of hotel is less than 10 min walk to station & many restaurants so very convenient. Hotel is comfortable & clean with many choices offered for breakfast. The staff member Ikeda went out of her way to assist us with ensuring that we got to our next destination. She was extremely helpful and friendly, even walked us to the train station and showed where to purchase train tickets for Osaka. "

"My wife and I originally booked the hotel for 2 nights but had to extend for another 2 nights due to our cruise departure being delayed by a typhoon. The hotel was able to accommodate us and we stayed in the same room as booked. The room was clean, spacious and overlooked the bay woth a gorgeous view. The room came with slippers, Pajamas, ropes and plenty of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tooth brush and paste, etc.). "Kアリーナのフェスに参加するために宿泊しました。ライブ終了後、規制退場になりましたがホテル入口付近にいるスタッフにルームキーを提示し、間から出てホテルに戻ることが出来ました。Kアリーナを利用する人にとってはとても便利な立地です。部屋が会場側だったこともあり、フェスが終了してから暫くは会場のスタッフアナウンスがよく聞こえました。22時頃には静かになっていたこともあり、就寝時には気になりませんでした。 ヘアアイロンの貸し出しもあり、助かりました。また縁があれば利用したいと思います。"
